2.3 Anonymous Push Notification Data

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send educational reminders and content updates. FCM provides an anonymous device token to deliver notifications. This token:

  • Is not linked to personal information
  • Is not used for ads or analytics
  • Can be disabled at any time via device settings

3. Purpose of Data Use

We use data only to:

  • Filter content based on class, age, or school (if provided)
  • Send relevant educational updates through notifications
  • Improve app functionality and content delivery

  • Firebase tokens are retained until the app is uninstalled or notifications are disabled.
  • No data is retained longer than legally necessary.
